We work to achieve this with an open-minded, agile and customer-centered approach.<\/p>\n<p>Those are our values and what drive our business.<\/p>\n<p>On the 8th of March 2017, we decided to have a special thought for all the women working in heavy industries. What can we do about it? How can we make a change? As man and woman, how can we react?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/marketing-image-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/c831ee48e4e7e5c40accb8a87ae7264e308ef5b5903421097d475d2e21f6959d6655669e8712c34e0107e6e5f1baa8a444d1cc958f2120c159a210fd74cd6b06.gif\" alt=\"Iron Man\" width=\"480\" height=\"202\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Fe) male = Iron + Man<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here is our message, sent on 8th of March 2017, for <strong>International Women&#8217;s Day<\/strong>\u00a0that will be followed by a serie of interviews from &#8220;Women Of Steel&#8221;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalwomensday.com\/Theme\">#BeBoldForChange<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Globally, the proportion of senior business roles held by women stands at 24% nowadays. There are less women working in Energy industry than in Tech industry. Almost 99% of energy companies are led by men and only 13% of senior management are women in the top 200 utility companies.
